Art. 1. These general terms and conditions are intended to regulate the relations between "Amont Estates" OOD, UIC 208464289 with registered office and management address: Sofia, 59 G. M. Dimitrov Blvd. and the customers, hereinafter referred to as users, of the online store www.amont.bg, hereinafter referred to as the "electronic store".

Submit inquiries, requests for viewing, requests for consultation or property valuation.
Voluntary provision of data through contact forms for the purposes of communication and provision of services by the agency.

The website is not an electronic store and does not provide for the conclusion of purchase and sale contracts or payment for services through its interface.

Art. 14. Filming of materials at events (if held)

(1) The legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to all unresolved issues.
(2) Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court or by the Consumer Protection Commission, where applicable.
